Magley’s in the books. Now we keep building.
The Jennifer Magley night was the biggest room HIVE has put together yet — and the energy carried right into June. The network just crossed $118K generated across 33 closed deals, with 67 referrals now in the system. That’s what happens when a colony shows up for each other one cup, one intro, one follow-up at a time.
Next up on the calendar: our June Speaker Event — Tuesday, June 16 at Polk Stables. Doors at 6:30, keynote at 6:45. Free to attend and guests are welcome — grab your ticket on Eventbrite and bring someone who needs to be in the room.
Summer is also socials season. We’ve got the Splash Island pool party (Jun 20), the Fischer Homes grand opening (Jun 27), and the Handlebar Social (Jul 18) already filling up — 14 members are going to Handlebar before we’ve even pushed it. These are the easy nights to bring a guest. Block them now.

📈 Colony Momentum
Every colony is moving. Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Southside, Noblesville, Muncie and Downtown are all logging 1:1s and sending referrals — and the leaderboards are tightening. Tyler Yoars and Nick Ireland are now neck-and-neck at the top of referrals sent, and the Top Networker race is separated by half a point.
One reminder this week: close out your open referrals. 24 are still sitting open in the portal. A two-minute status update keeps the board honest and gets the giver the credit they earned.

Some members you measure by the boards. Josiah you measure by the room. One of the very first members of the official HIVE Launch, he’s been at nearly every meeting since — constantly sitting down with other members, asking the great questions, and fully present everywhere he is. A room of 1, 10, or 100 doesn’t change him: same loveable character every time, and always the best dressed.
That last part isn’t a coincidence — it’s his craft. Josiah runs a custom apparel business, building made-to-measure looks for people who want to show up sharp and feel like themselves doing it. He takes the measurements, learns the person, and dials in the fit, the fabric, and the details until it’s right. For Josiah, getting someone dressed is really about getting them confident — and that’s a service every operator in this network can use.
His passion for attire has rippling effects, too. What started as members admiring his suits has turned into real business: HIVE members are now getting fitted by Josiah for their own weddings — grooms, groomsmen, the whole party. That’s the network working exactly the way it’s supposed to. One relationship, one great fit, and the referrals follow.
